Senior Recruiter

Join Coinbase as a Senior Recruiter in the Core Recruiting team. You will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting across various departments, building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and driving data integrity. You should have 5+ years of recruiting experience in a technology company and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&A and/or technical functions
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable recommendations for hiring managers
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
