Senior Manager of Accounts Payable

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the entire procure-to-pay process, driving process automation, and implementing best-in-class systems. You will oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, manage a high-performing AP team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments. • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute the long-term vision for the Accounts Payable function, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and accuracy to support rapid growth.
• Operational Excellence & Oversight: Oversee the entire, full-cycle accounts payable process, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, and employee expense reporting.
• Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing AP team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You have 8+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing a team
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CTP
• Experience scaling the AP function for SOX compliance or IPO readiness
• Direct experience with Sage Intacct and Coupa ERP and AP platforms
