Head of Testing and Automation

• Definir la hoja de ruta de pruebas y automatización en colaboración con Ingeniería y Producto, priorizando flujos de trabajo y riesgos de lanzamiento.
• Construir infraestructura de prueba reutilizable, entornos repetibles, datos de prueba e integración CI/CD en los productos acordados.
• Desarrollar la creación, exploración, mantenimiento e investigación de fallas de pruebas asistidas por IA; evaluar agentes de uso informático donde sean adecuados.

• Experience with browser or computer-use agents, Playwright or similar automation, AI evaluation, and sensitive-data products
• Strong software engineering and hands-on ownership of automation, quality infrastructure, developer tooling, or comparable systems
• Experience making verification reliable in a delivery pipeline and debugging failures across code, data, and infrastructure
• Technical leadership across teams, with clear judgment about quality, delivery, and adoption tradeoffs
• Practical experience building with LLMs or agents and evaluating their outputs
