Contract Recruiter (Field Operations)

Join Metropolis as a Contract Recruiter (Field Operations) and manage full-lifecycle talent acquisition for our frontline, supervisory, and regional operations teams. You will partner directly with Field Operations Managers and People Operations to source, screen, and onboard essential talent. This role requires expertise in high-volume recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems. • Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento de principio a fin para roles de operaciones de campo de alto volumen y especializados en múltiples mercados geográficos.
• Implementar estrategias de búsqueda dirigidas, aprovechando bolsas de trabajo locales, centros de fuerza laboral comunitarios, escuelas técnicas, ferias de empleo y campañas de referencia de empleados.
• Mantener una tubería de talento activa en el Sistema de Seguimiento de Solicitudes para llenar rápidamente la rotación operativa y apoyar los lanzamientos de nuevas instalaciones.

• Working knowledge of multi-state employment regulations, Fair Chance hiring practices, and standard pre-employment screening workflows
• Expertise in geo-targeted sourcing methods (e.g., Indeed, Craigslist, local hiring events, community partnerships) alongside traditional recruiting channels
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume, field, retail, hospitality, light industrial, or multi-site operations hiring
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with both frontline talent and regional corporate leadership
• Demonstrated track record of managing 15–25+ open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining low time-to-fill metrics
• High adaptability and problem-solving skills suited to a rapidly growing, operationally complex environment
• Experience leveraging AI recruiting tools to optimize candidate sourcing and accelerate high-volume hiring workflows
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse) and recruitment databases
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
