Recruiter (Contract)

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Contract Recruiter, focusing on G&A roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source qualified candidates, conduct initial screens, and manage interview scheduling. This is a 6-month contract position based in San Francisco or Palo Alto.

• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates across G&A and other business functions using various recruiting tools.
• Conducting initial candidate screens and assessing candidates against role requirements, partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Managing interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches and stakeholders, ensuring candidates receive a timely and positive interview experience.

• We are seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco or Palo Alto on a 6-month contract
• The ideal candidate will be a strong sourcer and recruiter who can quickly understand hiring needs, identify high-quality candidates, drive outreach, and efficiently schedule interviews
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to identify and engage qualified candidates
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance, and other corporate teams
• Strong ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2-10 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology, fintech, financial services, or high-growth environment
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar recruiting and ATS platforms
• Passionate about recruiting and building high-performing teams
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent relationship builder who can work effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing recruiting processes
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Experience recruiting within fintech, financial services, crypto, or digital assets
• Experience supporting high-volume or multiple concurrent searches
• Experience recruiting for senior-level G&A positions
• Experience working in Greenhouse
• Existing sourcing strategies and strong ability to build pipelines quickly
