Account Manager

Join Overtime as an Account Manager, where you'll develop and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners, execute and manage campaigns from start to finish, and stay abreast of industry trends. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of media/account management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.

• Develop and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Execute and manage campaigns from start to finish, including content production, client communications, reporting, and post-campaign tasks.
• Perform research on prospective clients and current clients, and create proposals and presentations to support business development efforts.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels, both internal and external

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Able to prioritize competing requests and manage busy schedules
• Attention to detail and demonstrated initiative

• 2+ years of media/account management experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and PPT or Apple programs such as Keynote
• 3+ years of experience in brand partnerships, client services, marketing, digital media or similar
• Superior organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work required
