Senior GTM Recruiter

Join SambaNova, a leading AI platform company, as a Senior GTM Recruiter. In this role, you will partner with our go-to-market and product organizations, owning full lifecycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. You will work directly with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate pipelines, and close top talent in a competitive market. This is a 6-month contract with the option to extend or convert to a full-time position based on performance.

• Collaborer avec les responsables du recrutement pour définir les rôles, rédiger les descriptions de poste et calibrer les pipelines.

• Excellent creative writing skills
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive talent
• Existing network within the enterprise tech and GTM community
• Ability to influence senior business leadership
• Proven track record filling roles such as Account Executive, Product Manager, Product Marketing, and Customer Success Manager
• 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on go-to-market and product roles, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/infrastructure
• Strong organizational skills
• AI fluency with the ability to enhance productivity and workflows
• Proficiency with Greenhouse
