Senior Program Manager (Executive Operations & Strategy)

Join Zoox, a pioneering autonomous vehicle company, as a Senior Program Manager in Executive Operations & Strategy. In this role, you will streamline processes, manage reports and dashboards, and ensure effective coordination and governance. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and maintain key knowledge bases. Ideal candidates have significant exposure to executive leadership teams and a proven track record of leveraging AI to drive operational excellence.

• Lead the development, alignment, and tracking of company strategic focus areas, ensuring effective coordination and governance.
• Drive executive operations by leading executive forum planning, shaping meeting agendas and content, and managing action tracking for leadership meetings and offsites.
• Manage and elevate the company’s VIP Visitor Program, delivering high-impact experiences and ensuring operational scalability.

• Proven track record of leveraging AI to drive operational excellence in executive operations
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Experience with program management frameworks, strategic planning, and business operations
• Ability to synthesize complex strategic information into cohesive narratives (not just reporting data)
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, CEO/COO office roles, project management, operations, chief of staff or a similar role
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and business writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with corporate governance and executive reporting
• Experience in autonomous vehicle (AV) or technology industries
• Extensive experience with Google Suite, Confluence and Jira
• Strategic planning & KIP design
• Financial and operational analysis
