As the Manager of Sales Development, you will lead a high-performing team, optimize outbound strategies, and drive pipeline creation. Hiring, training, and leading a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to meet and exceed qualified pipeline targets.
Developing and optimizing outbound sequences, messaging, and tooling in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
Building and maintaining metrics and dashboards to track SDR performance, activity levels, and conversion rates.
