What you need
Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist, or a Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist
A love of working with children and a growth-oriented, team-first approach
A Missouri dental license, or willingness to obtain one
Compensation
Pediatric Dentist: 35% of collections
Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist: up to 33% of collections, based on production
Full-time W-2
