A well-established, high-demand pediatric practice serving the greater Tulsa region wants a residency-trained Pediatric Dentist or a Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist. It's not a startup: the patient base, an experienced clinical team and a sedation program are already in place, with room for you to expand sedation and grow production.

An experienced office manager, a lead assistant with strong clinical leadership and expanded-function assistants

Muskogee is about 45 minutes from Broken Arrow, 55 minutes from Tulsa and 35 minutes from Tahlequah, with a lower cost of living and strong community demand.
What you need
Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist, or a Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist
Comfort treating children in a busy environment and interest in sedation dentistry
An Oklahoma dental license, or the ability to obtain one
Compensation
Pediatric Dentist: 35% of collections
Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist: tiered pay up to 33% of collections
