Schedule

What you need
DDS or DMD, including 2026 graduates
A New Mexico dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
Confidence in comprehensive general dentistry and a desire for a long-term home practice
Compensation
$275,000–$325,000 per year earning range
30% of collections, with a guaranteed daily rate during ramp-up
$40,000 sign-on bonus, paid over your first 24 months
$50,000 five-year retention bonus after five years of continuous employment
Full-time W-2 employment
