This isn't a hygiene-checks-and-fillings seat. It's built for implants, surgery, endo and complex treatment planning.
The work
Implant placement and restoration, bone grafting
Surgical extractions and impacted third molars
Molar endodontics
Crown and bridge, comprehensive restorative, cosmetic dentistry and veneers
Clear aligners, pediatric dentistry, periodontal and prosthodontic treatment
Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex treatment planning
Already doing advanced procedures? The patients are waiting. Want to grow? You'll get experienced mentors, internal CE and hands-on implant and surgical training.
The practice
Established in the Topeka community, with about 35–40 new patients per month
7 fully equipped operatories and 5 dedicated doctor treatment rooms
Dedicated clinical support and an established hygiene program
CBCT, iTero, digital radiography, intraoral cameras, soft and hard tissue lasers, AI-enhanced diagnostics and modern digital workflows
You work alongside an experienced dentist, practicing independently with collaboration available, not a corporate treatment script
Schedule
Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. No evenings or weekends.
Path to ownership
More than a dozen doctors in the organization have moved from associate to partner, with ownership discussions commonly starting around the two-year mark, and sometimes sooner for exceptional fits.
What you need
DDS or DMD with several years of general dentistry experience (exceptional GPR or AEGD grads also considered)
A Kansas license, or willingness to obtain one (licensing and credentialing support provided)
You perform, or want to perform, implants, surgery and endo
Humble, driven, team-oriented and interested in eventual ownership
Compensation
$1,500/day guaranteed during onboarding, then competitive percentage-based pay
$300,000+ annual earning potential for experienced clinicians, with significant upside
$25,000 signing bonus and up to $10,000 relocation assistance
