What you need
DDS or DMD
A Utah dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
Confidence in comprehensive general dentistry; implant, endo or surgery experience is a plus
A desire for a long-term home practice with a path to ownership
Compensation
$216,000–$324,000 per year; the top of the range reflects partners and senior clinicians with a broader procedure scope
30% of collections, with a daily guarantee during ramp-up based on experience
A bonus is available, based on experience and negotiable with the length of commitment
Negotiable partnership terms; valuation terms are shared after a successful first-round interview
