Job Description

1. 負責自助餐和中式料理的烹調，確保菜餚品質穩定。
2. 處理食材進貨檢查與品質鑑別，維持高標準食材選擇。
3. 規劃菜單並定期研發新菜色，提供多樣化的餐飲選擇。
4. 監督餐食品質並確保符合食品安全與衛生標準。
5. 負責廚房環境清潔與廚房營運管理，包括人員分工與設備維護。
6. 協助完成食材庫存管理，控制成本並減少浪費。
7. 在有效工作與團隊保持良好合作關係。
