【外場】
1.顧客接待、帶位、點餐服務
2.餐點送餐與桌面整理
3.收銀結帳與顧客服務
4.維持用餐環境整潔
【內場】
1.食材備料與餐點製作
2.協助出餐與擺盤 廚房環境清潔與整理
※ 視能力安排工作內容，提供完整訓練
具中餐或服務業相關經驗，帶位、收銀或內場經驗者尤佳
