Job Description
具上海或川菜之爐子或砧板或烤鴨廚師相關經驗者:
1. 爐子廚師需熟悉並能操作炮爐，負責中式炒爐料理之烹調。
2. 砧板或烤鴨廚師協助各式料理之備料，包含食材清洗、切配與前置準備作業。
3. 依菜單與主廚指示，準備不同菜色所需之食材。
4. 協助測量與管控食材的容量、重量、確保出餐品質。
5. 配合主廚安排與交辦事項。
