Job Description
具蒸籠或排菜廚師相關經驗者:
1. 依據客人點餐內容，準備各式料理所需之食材。
2. 協助控管出餐流程與出菜順序，確保出餐順暢。
3. 出菜時負責菜餚擺盤調整與份量確認。
4. 協助爐子、蒸籠或菜口進行傳菜作業。
5. 配合主管安排、完成其他交辦事項。
