Senior Manager - External Reporting

Lead and coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including footnotes to the financial statements, MD A and overseeing XBRL tagging requirements Drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency of the reporting process by leveraging process mapping/engineering and automation to decrease time and effort required to report Support the quarterly earnings release process including the preparation of earnings release financial tables and review of press release, earnings presentation and related financial data prepared by investor relations Stay current on emerging reporting from regulatory bodies (SEC, FASB, other) and coordinate with technical accounting team for disclosure implications of new accounting guidance Lead cross-functional projects related to or impacting the reporting workstream including ESG reporting, benchmarking and new standard deployment Identify and deploy best practices and technology while maintaining an effective SOX controls environment
