PPAP Engineer

Qualifications

• Engineer in mechatronics or electronics Minimum 5 years experience in quality Strong knowledge of automotive Quality Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) Strong knowledge of PPAP requirements in accordance with AIAG and VDA standards.
• Strong knowledge of metrology and technical drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge in quality and process engineering Experience in dealing with customers from the automotive sector High autonomy, logical thinking and organizational skills Knowledge in quality and process engineering- Experience in dealing with customers from the automotive sector English skills (written and spoken) German skills will be a bonus Responsibilities Prepare, coordinate, review, and maintain PPAP/PPA documentation for automotive and non-automotive customers in accordance with customer-specific requirements and AIAG/VDA standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete PPAP submissions on time Ensure all PPAP submissions are accurate, complete and meet customer expectations Customer communication regarding PPAP topics Submit PPAP packages through customer portals and manage customer feedback, rejections, and resubmissions.
• Support new projects, engineering changes, product changes, and process changes requiring PPAP/PPA submission.
• Track PPAP status and maintain PPAP tracking dashboards and KPIs.
