What you´ll do Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24-month rotational program starting in August 2027 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in finance and business controlling. As a participant in the program, you will rotate through multiple business functions within the business.

Lead and deliver projects as outlined in the project charters and plans Drive the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope Measure, track and report on project performance and milestones Proactively identifie and address areas for improvements as well as risks and countermeasures Act as link between project team and project sponsor Prepare and align the deliverables with both the project team and project sponsor Provide timely and regular status updates to project sponsor and steering committee Identify and bring to timely resolution project risks and issues, and escalates issues to the sponsor as needed Set up and ensure execution of project communication plan Lead the project team and effectively delegates tasks
