What you´ll do Lead quality engineering activities to ensure products are delivered on time, meet customer expectations, and are manufactured at a competitive cost. Serve as the quality subject matter expert, partnering with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Own and enhance the Management of Change (MOC) process, including reviewing change projects, assessing customer impact, and defining communication and approval requirements. Manage OEM customer Product Change Documents (PCDs), ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with project changes. Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and lead corrective actions that improve product quality, process performance, and operational efficiency.

Stay current on industry standards, customer requirements, and emerging technologies while helping drive quality best practices across the organization.
