Job Description

Supports the General Manager in providing day-to-day leadership and direction across all operational departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Facilities, and Learning & Quality by maximizing financial returns, driving people development, delivering a distinctive guest experience, and upholding brand standards. Builds hotel and brand awareness within the local community and assumes full General Manager responsibilities in his/her absence.
