Job Description
Do you enjoy providing patients with care that enhances their quality of life as an LPN? Some duties include: Utilize the Medication Administration Record to administer medications and treatments to patients. Document medication administration and manage controlled substance counts during shift. Complete patient assessments and provide patient monitoring as indicated. Document in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinate with the treatment team. Follow policies and procedures while providing care.
