MMIC Yield Improvement intern

Integration Engineering Intern We are seeking a motivated and curious Engineering Intern to join our Integration Engineering team. This internship offers hands-on experience in solving real-world engineering challenges, contributing to active projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Intern will gain exposure to the full product flow and be able to contribute/lead improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing, yield, and process data to identify opportunities for yield improvement and defect reduction.
• Utilize Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems and defect classification tools to identify and characterize process-induced defects.
• Investigate defect trends and perform root cause analysis using statistical and engineering methodologies.
• Develop and execute experiments to evaluate process improvements and verify corrective actions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and technical presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Quality, and Product Engineering teams.
• Drive an individual improvement project and present results to engineering leadership.
