PMO Lead

Join Brooklinen, a rapidly growing home essentials brand, as a PMO Lead. In this hands-on role, you will establish structure and governance for project management across the organization, lead cross-functional initiatives, and provide reporting and continuous improvement. You will report to the SVP of Operations and work closely with cross-functional teams. A PMP certification and experience in project management within a retail or e-commerce environment are preferred.

• Establish and manage a standardized intake, prioritization, and approval process for cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead or co-lead priority cross-functional projects from planning through execution, managing execution tracking, risks, issues, dependencies, and change.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for project status, risks, and dependencies, and establish a consistent project reporting cadence for the Executive Leadership Team.

• A PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
• Experience establishing or formalizing a PMO function within a mid-sized organization is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, including leading cross-functional initiatives within a retail, e-commerce, or consumer/DTC environment
• Management consulting experience is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and peers without formal authority
• Experience with DTC-specific initiatives such as wholesale expansion, retail or channel expansion, or e-commerce platform implementations is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting project status and recommendations to executive leadership
