Account Executive

You will conduct business discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations of our technology platform, and position our value proposition. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in a quota-carrying role, and a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams to drive strategic growth.
• Conducting consultative business discovery and delivering tailored demonstrations of the technology platform to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Building and managing a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process, while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Self-starter with strong judgment
• Strong interpersonal, influence and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a tech focused presentation
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role
