Virtual Events Manager

As a Virtual Events Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of our products, create engaging live experiences, and drive audience conversion. You will host and moderate events, build relationships with subject-matter experts, and partner with various teams to promote events. You will also measure outcomes, build an operating system for the channel, and have a passion for understanding complex concepts.

• Full-funnel growth fluency, including registration strategy, audience segmentation, campaign testing, conversion, and post-event nurture
• 3+ years of experience in virtual events, product marketing, customer education, demand generation, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth technology company, or work that proves the skill regardless of title
• A polished, credible on-camera presence, with experience hosting, interviewing, moderating, or presenting to professional audiences
• Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to find, recruit, brief, and coordinate busy experts without relying on formal authority
• Extreme comfort delivering clarity in high-velocity, ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to learn technical products deeply and translate complex capabilities into simple, specific, and accurate live demonstrations
• High slope: you learn unfamiliar products and domains fast, and your rate of improvement is your standout trait
• Excellent production judgment and attention to detail, including rehearsals, technical readiness, live moderation, and fallback planning
