Senior People Partner

As a Senior People Partner, you will work directly with leaders across SG&A teams to build stronger teams, coach exceptional managers, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure Zipline continues attracting and developing extraordinary talent. This role is not a traditional HR position; you will help leaders strengthen their organizations, make difficult people decisions, improve management quality, and solve the challenges that come with rapid growth.

• Partnership with leaders across SG&A teams to build stronger teams, coach exceptional managers, and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Guidance on talent decisions, including hiring, performance, and promotion decisions, to strengthen teams.
• Support for learning & development, helping leaders identify capability gaps and connect managers and employees with development opportunities.

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to help solve problems wherever they're needed
• Experience using people data and business context to inform decisions and improve team effectiveness
• Strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex people situations with professionalism, objectivity, and discretion
• Confidence coaching managers through performance management, employee development, and difficult conversations
• A practical, solutions-oriented approach to solving organizational and people challenges
• Curiosity, low ego, and a desire to continuously learn, improve, and adapt as the business evolves
• Ability to build trust quickly while providing candid, thoughtful guidance to managers at all levels
