Sales Operations Analyst Intern (Summer 2027)

Join Zipline as a Sales Operations Analyst Intern for Summer 2027. In this full-time, in-person position, you will support the growth of our commercial organization by improving sales data, processes, and decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams, analyze trends, document sales processes, and create dashboards and enablement materials. Ideal candidates should have completed at least two years of undergraduate study in a related field and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

• HubSpot Admin experience is a plus
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn analysis into a concise recommendation
• You must have completed at least two years of undergraduate degree in business, economics, analytics, marketing, operations, engineering, or a related field. Candidates who are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s, master’s, or MBA degree are eligible
• Curiosity about how sales organizations operate and a willingness to ask questions, investigate problems, and learn new tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work carefully with data and details
• Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, reporting tools, or process documentation is helpful but not required
