Promotions and Events Rep- On Call

Join our team as a Promotions and Events Representative. In this on-call position, you will be responsible for managing event budgets, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring successful marketing events. You will also develop contacts at competitive properties and stay informed about market changes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Assisting in the evaluation of marketing events and formulating theme, format, and budget specifications for specific events.
• Executing against budgets for individual events, recording expenditures, charting budget variances, and submitting to Manager.
• Developing contacts at competitive properties to keep abreast of events and the market, and interfacing with impacted departments to ensure timely coordination of all events.
