Implementation Analyst (Bilingual English & Spanish)

Join MaintainX as a bilingual Implementation Analyst. In this customer-facing role, you will support customer implementations by configuring the MaintainX platform, managing data migration, gathering business requirements, and troubleshooting technical issues throughout onboarding. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments, drive platform adoption, and help translate maintenance and operational processes into effective workflows.

• Support customer implementations by configuring the MaintainX platform, managing data migration, gathering business requirements, and troubleshooting technical issues throughout onboarding.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments, drive platform adoption, and help translate maintenance and operational processes into effective workflows.
• Lead mid-market customers through successful implementations, own implementation tasks such as data structuring, data migration and product training.

• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in manufacturing and/or industrial space
• Savvy with technology and capacity to become well-versed in our software in a short period of time
• Ability to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days to advise customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleanup, validation, manipulation, and functions such as XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas used to prepare and migrate customer data
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to confidently communicate and deliver implementation in both languages in a business setting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction
• 1+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, customer onboarding or application engineering
• BEng degree or equivalent
