Senior Strategic Finance Manager

Join Rula as a Senior Strategic Finance Manager, where you'll play a key role in shaping growth strategy and driving strategic trade-offs in a complex healthcare services marketplace. You'll partner closely with our Health Plans and Partnerships teams, turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. • Experience partnering cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs, test strategic assumptions, and drive operational accountability across teams
• Deep understanding of key unit economics metrics, including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners
• Demonstrated track record of informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience building granular financial models to ingest and analyze complex datasets (e.g., using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced analytical tools)
• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
• Experience building, owning, and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts
