Senior Director of Finance

Join Twin Health, a rapidly growing digital health company, as the Senior Director of Finance. In this high-impact role, you will lead the operational finance function, manage investor and board relationships, and drive strategic financial decisions. You will report directly to the VP of Finance and have multiple Director-level direct reports. • Own the Finance function operationally, including financial close process, controls, reporting rhythm, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Lead external Finance, serving as the primary Finance representative alongside the CFO in investor relations, board reporting, and fundraising.
• Manage Director-level direct reports across strategy, external-facing finance, and FP&A, setting clear direction, developing each leader, and holding the function to a high standard of output.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong people leadership. Has managed Director-level or equivalent reports and built high-performing Finance teams in high-growth environments
• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including demonstrated IPO or transaction experience as a principal. Has personally led or been a primary driver of a public offering or major liquidity event, not solely in a supporting capacity
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, financial statement preparation, and audit processes
• Proven credibility with institutional investors, investment bankers, and board members. Comfortable representing a company at the highest level externally
• Exceptional communicator: able to distill complex financial information into clear, structured narratives for board and investor audiences
• Healthcare or digital health industry experience preferred
• Track record of building and scaling Finance functions in fast-paced, growth-stage technology or digital health companies
