Grant Funded--PRN Mobile Clinic Driver

We are seeking Mobile Clinic Drivers to serve as part of the Flourish Mobile Health Clinic team on an as-needed basis. This position provides backup coverage when a regular mobile clinic driver is unavailable due to illness, vacation, or other circumstances. This position may be needed approximately 5-10 times per year, with shifts ranging from a single day to several days depending on the coverage needed.

The driver will safely operate the mobile truck and trailer (clinic), transport supplies, equipment, and medications, and assist with setup, breakdown, and general clinic operations. This person will also assist Flourish staff and engage respectfully and compassionately with individuals affected by substance use disorders, homelessness, and other barriers to healthcare.

Primary position responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive the Flourish mobile clinic and/or outreach vehicle to scheduled community locations.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the mobile clinic and ensuring the vehicle is clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental environment for individuals accessing Flourish services.
