Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Purpose

Perform routine preventative and maintenance repairs for OUC facilities and properties including, but not limited to, painting, drywall and wallpaper repair, door lock systems, plumbing and irrigation repair, electrical repairs, plumbing, knowledge of HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, elevator operation, minor carpentry and landscaping.

Primary Functions

• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Oversee contractors on site.

Perform routine general building repairs including

Electrical Carpentry Plumbing Painting Caulking All types of door repairs (hanging or modifying) Drywall repair Fence and gate repair Wallpaper repair Furniture moving Irrigation repairs Perform other duties as assigned.
