Enters data for hazardous cargo in MSC systems, according the IMDG and MSC US procedures and guidelines. Data entry for the DGDs (Dangerous Goods Declarations) in the MSC system. Advises customers of any issues with paperwork.

Sends the booking confirmations to the shipper when the shipments are approved in the system. Communicates with shippers for any IMDG/MSC required paperwork. Escalates unique or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor for resolution when necessary.

Generates potential solutions to customer issues. Presence required on‑site 5 days per week Performs other tasks as required by management.
