Senior Manager of Growth Strategy

Join Formlabs, a leading 3D printing technology company, as a Senior Manager of Growth Strategy. In this role, you will own the customer lifecycle, focusing on engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You will design and execute strategies to inspire repeat purchases and advocacy for Formlabs' products. Collaborate with various teams to bring new products to market and ensure a seamless customer experience. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a hardware technology company.

• Develop and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement and purchases throughout the whole customer journey.
• Design programs for key stages of the customer journey and develop content and resources that empower customers.
• Track, measure, and report on retention and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Strong curiosity about our customer base, product, and technology
• Experience with marketing email platforms (e.g., Marketo, Klaviyo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery), ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
• A creative mindset with a passion for designing innovative customer campaigns
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
• Strong bias for action and ability to execute quickly
• A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating exceptional experiences
• Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Strong analytical or technical skills
• 8+ years in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing as an analyst, preferably in a hardware technology company
