Sales Operations Manager

Join our team as a Sales Operations Manager in San Diego. In this role, you will support User Acceptance Testing, manage our Global Sales Operations newsletter, oversee quote or booking incident reviews and analytics, and participate in backlog prioritization. You will collaborate with various teams, analyze incident data, and present findings to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing processes.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing scenarios, creating test scripts, and actively reviewing defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze incident data, identify trends, and develop strategies for systems and process improvement.
• Act as a point of contact for sales ops teams regarding quoting processes and tools, providing guidance and support as needed.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing processes
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Quoting processes and tools
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment
