Senior/Lead Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Join Mimica, an AI-powered process intelligence platform that helps enterprises and individuals reclaim time by automating repetitive tasks and removing process bottlenecks. As a Senior/Lead Solutions Engineer, you will lead demos, build and execute POC plans, serve as the Voice of the Customer, contribute to product documentation, partner with Marketing, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and act as a trusted advisor for customers. You should have a background in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Implementation/Management Consulting, experience in delivering complex enterprise software/SaaS solutions, and superior communication skills.

• Leading demos and supporting technical evaluations for the Mimica platform, ensuring a path to value realization and positive ROI.
• Building and executing POC plans with success criteria, managing scopes, expectations, and timelines, and acting as the point of contact for questions, issues, or escalations.
• Serving as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights to engineering and product teams and input for improvements and new feature development.
