Value Engineer (Post-Sales)

As a Value Engineer, you will serve as a strategic advisor, ensure issue resolution, collaborate with various teams, advocate for customer needs, build tailored success plans, communicate actionable insights, and execute training programs. You should have a background in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting, experience in process improvement methodologies, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication skills.

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader in leveraging Mimica to achieve customers’ desired business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering and Partner teams to co-create and execute customer account strategies.
• Build and execute tailored customer success plans to ensure value delivery aligned with customer strategic initiatives.
