Job Description

Join Metaview, an AI company revolutionizing the recruiting industry. As an Engagement Manager, you'll work with top tech companies and executive search firms, driving adoption and revenue. You'll have autonomy in your role and influence on product development.

  • Own the entire end-to-end customer journey on your accounts, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key stakeholders, from recruiters to C-level executives, to ensure customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Drive adoption, depth of usage, and genuine advocacy for the product, and be accountable for the success of customers and revenue.
