Tender Analyst - US

As a Tender Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and responding to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs), tenders, and bids. You will analyze customer bid requirements, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. • Gestionar y coordinar las respuestas a las solicitudes de cotización (RFQ) y las licitaciones, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y los requisitos de cumplimiento.
• Construir modelos de tarifas detallados y analizar las tarifas de los transportistas para garantizar precios competitivos.
• Mantener la documentación y las auditorías de las licitaciones presentadas, asegurando que las respuestas se alineen con los requisitos regulatorios de EE. UU.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

• 2–5 years of experience in pricing, tender management, or commercial roles within an international freight forwarding or logistics environment.

• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding services (ocean, air, intermodal, and trucking).

• Working knowledge of Incoterms®, freight cost components, and accessorial charges.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with pricing tools, TMS, or ERP systems preferred.

• Experience responding to large multinational RFQs and contract tenders.

• Familiarity with U.S. import/export regulations and FMC-licensed forwarder operations.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
