Business Development Representative

Join MaintainX as a Business Development Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for prospects in the industrial sector. Your role will involve making 70 to 100 outbound calls daily, building multi-touch sequences, qualifying prospects, and maintaining an accurate pipeline in Salesforce. You'll work closely with Account Executives to refine your targeting and approach. Success in this role is measured by consistent SQL attainment and the opportunity for advancement to a closing role. • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the industrial sector, specifically targeting plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and operations leads.
• Building and executing multi-touch outreach sequences through phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and address their operational challenges.
• Qualifying prospects quickly and effectively, booking meetings for Account Executives, and maintaining an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.

• A genuine drive to pick up the phone: outbound call volume is the job
• Nice to have: experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks; prior B2B or SaaS sales experience
• Clear, polished written and verbal communication in English
• Experience in a high-volume, rejection-heavy environment: sales, recruiting, hospitality, retail, or anything that built your resilience and ability to earn trust fast
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated follow-through: you own your pipeline and your numbers without being prompted
