Senior Data Analyst (Reporting)

Join our Reporting team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you'll deliver high-quality analysis on healthcare use and client engagement with the Garner product. You'll partner with relationship managers, improve existing automated reports, and drive meaningful insights. • Collaborate with relationship managers to address client questions through custom and automated analysis.
• Build, maintain, and produce key reports for clients across the data ecosystem, from scoping to delivery.
• Identify gaps between client needs and existing reports, proactively develop new insights to fill them.

• Making data accessible. A track record of using data analysis to communicate business solutions
• Modern data stack. Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; experience with dbt strongly preferred — you'll partner with Data Management in governed pipelines, not just consume their outputs
• Automation mindset. Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-centric role
• AI Nativity. Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents
• Cross-functional translation. Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Autonomy and ownership. Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end
