Communications Manager

• Own communications by setting and running the communications plan, including press, podcasts, awards, and organic speaking opportunities.
• Find and pitch compelling stories by mining research, benchmark results, customer wins, and market moments to secure mainstream and tier-1 trade coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into a coordinated package, including press releases, bylines, data cuts, and social media content.

• You're a strategic writer who happens to be great at PR, or a PR pro who happens to write at a journalist level. You read AI coverage and know all the most influential business podcasts
• Comfort being measured on results, with a habit of tracking and reporting them
• Existing or fast-forming relationships with tech and business media, influential podcasts, and technical influencers
• Exceptional writer: you can produce a publication-ready byline in an executive's voice and a three-sentence pitch that works
• Working fluency in AI and B2B technical topics and the ability to learn fast from researchers and engineers
• Judgment for balancing company goals with what's newsworthy
• 5+ years in communications, PR, journalism, or content roles, in-house or agency
• A portfolio of placed and published work
• Former reporter or editor
• Experience with frontier lab, developer tools, data/ML infrastructure, or enterprise AI companies
• Experience using AI tools to augment research, drafting, and media monitoring
• Experience running awards programs and conference CFP submissions
