• Lead all phases of the development program, from program and technical definition to successful deliveries to customers.
• Integrate and harmonize all aspects of the development program including technical, operational, financial, suppliers, options management, schedules/milestones, and risk management.
• Manage the development program budget cycle and support the financial governance associated, providing visibility on the monthly actuals.
