Technical Integrator

As a Technical Integrator, you will lead the technical execution of assigned defense programs, maintain technical integrity throughout the program lifecycle, and coordinate cross-work-package and cross-discipline design integration. You will also support certification, airworthiness, compliance planning, and regulator-facing activities. This role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, 10+ years of experience in aircraft design or complex aerospace development environments, and strong communication skills.

• Lead the technical execution of assigned defense programs and serve as the principal technical integrator across work packages, engineering disciplines, suppliers, and the IPDT.
• Maintain technical integrity of engineering proposals, platform architecture, design solutions, and key technical decisions throughout the program lifecycle.
• Establish, develop, validate, and maintain project-level technical requirements, including Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and other aircraft-level technical definition documents.
