Infrastructure & Devops Engineer

Join Quince as a Senior Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer, where you will design, build, and maintain a stable, secure, and highly scalable cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to automate delivery pipelines, implement observability solutions, and improve system availability and performance. Your responsibilities will include managing infrastructure on AWS, building CI/CD pipelines, scaling containerized application environments, implementing monitoring systems, and enforcing security best practices. You should have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, a deep knowledge of AWS cloud services, and strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Design, build, and maintain stable, secure, and highly scalable cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments.
• Automate delivery pipelines, implement robust observability solutions, and improve overall system availability and performance.
• Enforce security best practices, networking standards, access controls, and data protection across public cloud infrastructure.

• Databases & Caching: Familiarity managing and supporting databases (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB) and caching solutions (e.g., Redis)
• CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience building pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
• Observability Tools: Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering
• Cloud Expertise: Deep working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.)
• Communication: Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative
• Infrastructure as Code: Strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Systems & Networking: Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments, networking protocols, load balancing, CDN, and DNS administration
• Containers & Orchestration: Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) in production environments
