Staff Infrastructure & Devops Engineer

Join our team as a Staff Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer, where you will serve as a technical authority and architect in the DevOps and Infrastructure domain. You will drive the long-term technical vision, architectural standards, and strategic roadmap for cloud platform engineering. This role requires an "engineer at heart" who can solve complex infrastructure challenges, mentor senior engineers, and influence cross-functional engineering practices to support rapid business growth.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles with a track record of architectural leadership
• System Design & Coding: Proficiency in scripting and software development using languages such as Python, Go, or Bash
• Advanced Orchestration & IaC: Mastery of Kubernetes at scale, service meshes, and enterprise IaC management using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
• Cloud Architecture: Deep expertise in AWS architecture, multi-account structures, network topology, cost governance, and cloud security best practices
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term architectural scalable solutions
• Leadership & Influence: Proven track record of influencing architectural decisions and driving cross-team technical alignment without formal management authority
• Advanced CI/CD & GitOps: Expertise in designing sophisticated GitOps-driven deployment workflows using tools like ArgoCD, Flux, or GitHub Actions
• Data Infrastructure & Caching: Strong background with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB) and distributed caching systems (Redis, DAX) under high load
